Application and intake of PRIMED 2 honey for the respiratory tract
For adults and children aged 10 years and older: take one teaspoon of PRIMED 2 on an empty stomach every morning, half an hour before breakfast.
Kinder von 3 – 10 Jahren: jeden Morgen einen halben Teelöffel PRIMED 2 auf nüchternen Magen, eine halbe Stunde vor dem Frühstück.
If you have no time before breakfast, you can PRIMED 2 also 2-3 hours nach einer Mahlzeit, aber mindestens eine halbe Stunde VOR der nächsten, einnehmen.
For stronger symptoms of limited breathlessness, it is advisable to take a spoon of PRIMED 2 for a carefree night even in the evening, 2 hours after dinner!
Since all active ingredients in PRIMED 2 are well tolerated, accidental overdose is excluded.
For children aged 3 to 10 years: take half a teaspoon of PRIMED 2 on an empty stomach every morning, half an hour before breakfast.
If you don’t have time before breakfast, you can also take PRIMED 2 2-3 hours after a meal, but at least half an hour BEFORE the next one.
For more severe symptoms of limited breathlessness, it is advisable to take a spoonful of PRIMED 2 for a restful night even in the evening, 2 hours after dinner!

The linden honey used for PRIMED 2 comes from selected beekeeper families in the pristine, natural mountain forests of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is free from the typical contaminants from agriculture and industry that can often compromise the quality of commercially produced honey.
