Application and intake of PRIMED 2 honey for the respiratory tract
Adults and children aged 10 and over: one teaspoon of PRIMED 2 every morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.
Children aged 3 – 10 years: half a teaspoon of PRIMED 2 every morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.
If you don’t have time before breakfast, you can also take PRIMED 2 2-3 hours after a meal, but at least half an hour BEFORE the next.
If symptoms of limited shortness of breath are more severe, it is advisable to take a spoonful of PRIMED 2 in the evening, 2 hours after eating, for a carefree night!

Warnings and contraindications
PRIMED 2 honey for breathing difficulties is not a replacement for prescribed medication!
The product is not suitable for people with hypersensitivity to any of its components or for insulin-dependent diabetics.
In addition to the prescribed medications, PRIMED 2 can be taken with other medications at 2-3 hour intervals.
